1. Introduction
The Daily Bread Coffee Co. provides mobile coffee services, including freshly brewed coffee, espresso drinks, and related products for private events. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website, services, and products.
2. Services

We provide mobile coffee service for events of various sizes.

Service availability is subject to scheduling and location.

We reserve the right to refuse service if circumstances pose safety risks or violate our policies.
3. Booking and Payment

Bookings must be confirmed on our booking platform.

Payment in full is required to secure your date and time. Your event is not fully reserved until full payment has been received. If your invoice is not paid the date and time remain open and may be booked by another customer.

Full payment is due 3 days prior to the event, or booking will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance may receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of event will be eligible for a 50% refund.
4. Event Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe access and adequate space for our mobile coffee setup.

Clients must provide an adequate power outlet no more than 5ft from the set up area.

The Daily Bread Coffee Co. is not responsible for accidents, property damage, or injuries caused by third parties or environmental conditions beyond our control.
5. Refunds and Returns

Refunds are not provided for consumed products.

Event cancellation refunds are subject to the terms outlined above in Section 3.
6. Liability

By booking or attending an event hosted by The Daily Bread Coffee Co. your organization and their guests understand that consuming food or beverages outside a certified kitchen carries inherent risks.

By booking or attending an event hosted by The Daily Bread Coffee Co. your organization and their guests release, waive, and hold harmless The Daily Bread Coffee Co., owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, medical costs, or losses arising from:

Illness or injury

Contamination or mishandling not caused by intentional misconduct

Exposure to allergens

In any claim or dispute, The Daily Bread Coffee Co's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the event.

The Daily Bread Coffee Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products including lost wages or medical expenses.
7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images, text, and branding, is owned by The Daily Bread Coffee Co.

Reproduction or use of content without permission is prohibited.
8. Privacy

Personal information collected through bookings or website forms will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
